Education
Required:
Active enrollment in an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program.
Preferred Experience:
1 year experience in hospital or community pharmacy
Certification Required:
One of the following:
Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) Pharmacist Intern license, Pharmacy Technician Registration or Pharmacy Technician Trainee Registration.
Preferred Certification:
In addition to the above: ACPE approved IV (sterile products)
