EDUCATION:

Required:  Active enrollment in an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program.

EXPERIENCE:

Required:  No experience is required.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

Required:  One of the following:

- Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) Pharmacist Intern license

- Pharmacy Technician Registration

- Pharmacy Technician Trainee Registration.
