Pharmacy Clinical Informatics Specialist – Epic Willow

Education Required: Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy. 

Preferred Education: None

Certification Required: Must obtain license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of date of entry into job or a current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas and must obtain Epic certification issued by Epic within 180 days of date of entry into job.

Preferred Certification: Epic Willow

Experience Required: Two years pharmacy or pharmacy-related information services experience.

 Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
