EDUCATION 

Required: Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy. 

 

Preferred: 

PharmD. Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, BCLS/ACLS certification

 

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

Must obtain license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of date of entry into job.

  

EXPERIENCE

Two years of relevant pharmacy practice experience
