Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy. Two years of experience as a Nuclear Pharmacist. Must obtain license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of date of entry into job.
