Education Required:
Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Preferred Education:
Doctorate (Professional)
Certification Required:
Current license to practice pharmacy by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
Preferred Certification:
Basic Life Suppot (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Experience Required:
One year of related Pharmacist experience.
Preferred Experience:1 year of experience in a hospital pharmacy or ASHP PGY1 Residency training.
