QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Required:  Associates degree in Business, Health Sciences, Hospitality or related field.

Preferred:  Bachelor's degree.

Experience

Required:  Three years of supervisory experience to include one year in a retail, hospitality or healthcare environment. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.

Preferred:  Five years of supervisory experience and two years' experience in the healthcare industry.
