Education
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in foreign language, social science, psychology, human relations or related field.
Experience
Required: One year of customer service or related experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred: Two years experience in a hospital setting. Verbal fluency in two or more languages (English being one of the languages).
Licensure/Certification
Required: None.
Preferred: Certification in adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid.
Must pass a pre-employment test as required and administered by Human Resources.
