MRI Technologist - West Houston Imaging Center
Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Program.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Level Degree
Experience
Required: One year of MRI Technologist experience or two years of Radiologic Technologist experience at M D Anderson. With preferred education no experience required.
Preferred: None
Certification
Required: (All of the following)
Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (TMB) as a Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT).
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)certification.
Preferred:
ARRT
MRI
ACLS
PALS/ PEARS
Onsite Presence: 100% onsite
Note: If you do not have ARRT in MRI, you must obtain within 60 days of job date.
