Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Organization Development, Business Administration, Instructional Technology, or closely related field.
Preferred: Advanced degree in related field
License/Certification
Required: None
Preferred: CPLP and/or (S)PHR certification
Experience
Required: Seven years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, with at least three years of experience at a supervisory level.
Preferred: Seven years of experience developing, implementing, and delivering training programs in a healthcare environment.
