EDUCATION

Required:  Completion of an approved school of vocational practical nursing.

EXPERIENCE

Required:  None

Preferred: Two years of experience as a LVN.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION

Required:  Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) by the Texas Board of Nursing.
