Legal Contract Specialist - Intellectual Property

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Legal Administration, Business Administration or related field.

Preferred: Master's level degree.

Experience

Required: Four years of experience in a law office environment or in general business to include two years of reviewing, analyzing, drafting, or negotiating contracts.

May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience.

Preferred: Experience in a medical or academic legal environment. Excellent management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, research, writing, and negotiation skills applicable to a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented, intellectually challenging and highly diverse environment. Proficient in MS Word, Adobe Professional, and Outlook Calendar.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
