Lead Phlebotomist

High school diploma or equivalent. Five years phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory or blood center with one year of supervisory experience. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CRP) certification. One of the following: Phlebotomy or Donor Phlebotomy or Donor Phlebotomy certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathologist Board of Registry (BOR). American Certification Agency (ACA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
