Intake Nurse Navigator - Access Operations

EDUCATION

Required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. 

Preferred:  Master’s Degree in Nursing

EXPERIENCE

Required:  Five years professional oncology nursing or oncology nurse navigation experience.  May substitute required degree with an Associate’s degree in Nursing and seven years of professional oncology nursing or oncology nurse navigation experience

LICENSURE

Required:   Current State of Texas Professional Nursing License (RN).  Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.

Preferred:  Degree and certification as an oncology nurse or nurse navigator

OTHER:  Hybrid position, remote and on-site is required;  some weekend rotations are required.
