EDUCATION
Required: Doctorate-level degree in a field appropriate to faculty role and department mission.
Preferred: PhD, MD or equivalent degree in in a field appropriate to faculty role and department mission.
EXPERIENCE
Required: At least two (2) years as postdoctoral fellow experience preferred (unless not required for discipline) or equivalent time as a basic scientist.
Preferred: Must have experience working in a research environment where duties involve scientific research disciplines, at a U.T. component or at another academic institution, or have applicable experience deemed equivalent. Has evidence of consistent research of high quality, ability to carry out individual collaborative research and support, and a dedication to a career in cancer research is required.
