Instructional Designer - Epic

Education

Required:

Bachelors degree.

Certification: 

None

Preferred Certification: 

Certification in major training program delivery.  Epic Certification.

Experience Required:

Three years of experience analyzing, developing, designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and/or delivering application training. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience: 

Experience in an academic healthcare setting.

Experience at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Functional experience as a subject matter expert (clinical, financial, or other).  

EPIC System-specific experience a plus.

Onsite Presence: Is Required

 **In order to be adequately prepared and trained to develop, deliver and support training on the Epic system, MD Anderson requires that Epic certification be obtained within 120 days of completion of the assigned, required training classes. Required certifications must be maintained as assigned.**
