EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: No experience required.
Preferred: Experience working in a hospital or IV experience or completion of PGY1.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Required: Eligible to receive a license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Must obtain a Texas Pharmacist license by the 121st date of employment.
Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) would be a plus.
