Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate degree in Communications or related field. Bilingual in Spanish.
Experience
Required: Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience. Must pass a pre-employment test as required and administered by Human Resources.
Preferred: Healthcare experience.
