Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in related field.

 

Experience

Required: Five years of related business, finance, project/process management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. 

Preferred: Ten  years experience in the initial appointment and credentialing processes with involvement with credentialing software.  Joint Commission Medical Staff standards and NCQA Delegated Credentialing experience preferred.

 

Certification

Required: None

Preferred: CPCS - Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist
