REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree Business
Administration, Health Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in a related field.
Certification: None required
Preferred Certification: PHR or SPHR
Experience: Six years of professional human resources experience in a complex, fast paced environment. Ten years of comprehensive human resources experience with at least five years in academic healthcare.
Preferred Experience: Ten years Management/leadership
experience also is preferred.
