EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Six years of experience in a call center, operations and/or emergency communications to include four years of supervisory/team lead experience.
May substitute required education degree with additional years of experience on a one to one basis.
