Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field
Preferred: Master’s degree in business administration or related field
Experience
Required: A minimum of seven (7) years of related healthcare experience, to include management and leadership responsibilities
Preferred: A minimum of 10 years of related experience within a healthcare/ business environment, including detailed management skills
Qualification Preferred/Not Required
In-depth knowledge of health care delivery for oncology patients, in particular multidisciplinary care
Superior skills in strategic and financial analysis as well as strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage direct reports and cross-functional teams
Proven ability to conceptualize and analyze complex business problems and issues
Excellent communication and influencing skills, including management of cross functional teams
