Director Regional Operations - The Woodlands

REQUIREMENTS

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field.


Required Experience: 

Seven years business experience in healthcare, finance or related field, to include planning, directing and implementing business strategy and business operations.

Five years leadership experience.

Demonstrated ability in the successful execution of executive competencies related to strategic planning, leadership, innovation, organization and communication is essential. May substitute year of experience with completion of MD Anderson fellowship.

Preferred Experience: 

Experience in a leadership role preferably in an academic medical center or hospital environment in clinical oncology services, to include direct experience developing, coordinating and promoting oncology operations.
