Director, Operations & Maintenance

REQUIREMENTS

Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management/Science or related field.

Preferred: Master’s Level Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management/Science or related field.

Preferred Certification: Registration as Professional Engineer or Architect

Experience

Required: Ten years of related experience in the management of properties and related services

Preferred: Experience in an academic medical center or other institution of similar complexity.
