Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or healthcare-related field Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or healthcare-related field License/Certification Required: Certification from the Certification Council of National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) as a Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM). Experience Required: Eight years of progressively responsible experience in operations management with at least 5-8 years in medical staff administration and credentialing in a major academic medical center.
