• Solid experience with developing reporting and productivity metrics and directing ongoing efforts to monitor, assess and ensure adherence to and continued feasibility of such metrics
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance to high achievement and high quality outcomes
• Self-directed with strong communication skills with demonstrated experience developing and maintaining effective working relationships across the organization at varying position levels
• Strong and broad healthcare knowledge with demonstrated experience related patient access processes including but not limited to benefits verification, preauthorization and point of service collections
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Ten years of experience in revenue cycle management functions such as: insurance and benefits verifications, pre-authorization of care, and financial counseling to include eight years of management experience.
Preferred:
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and coordinate initiatives and operations with experience documenting and evaluating processes/procedures for improvements and efficiencies• Solid experience with developing reporting and productivity metrics and directing ongoing efforts to monitor, assess and ensure adherence to and continued feasibility of such metrics
