Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Organizational Management or related field. 


Experience Required:
Ten years of experience in data literacy or change management or data transformation, to include three years of supervisory or management experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

 

Preferred Experience:
Proven 5+ years of track record experience ideating, leading, and managing large scale transition change management (TCM) initiatives with emphasis on data transformation

• Atlassian tools (Jira, Trello or Confluence)
• PowerBI, Tableau, or similar for executive dashboards and reports
• Agile product management and working with scrum teams
• Engaging with technical and non-technical audiences to understand their priorities and related data skill needs
• Establishing a data fluent organization by creating an awareness campaign, delivering training, proactively managing resistance, and developing a coaching plan to ensure leaders/managers are onboard with the change
• Working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership
• Experience in healthcare
