Director, Employee Assistance Program

Education
Required: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.

Preferred: Doctorate degree in Psychology or related field.

Experience
Required: Five years of professional level experience in Counseling, Clinical Psychology or related field to include two years of supervisory/managerial experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Certification/Licensure
Required: One of the following:

• Certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW).
• Licensed Psychologist by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologist (TSBEP).
• Advanced Addiction Counselor, Alcohol Drug Counselor or Certified Chemical Dependency Specialist by the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals (TCBAP).
  Other related clinical licensure. 

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources. 

Preferred: Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP)
