Director, Diagnostic Imaging Business Operations

REQUIREMENTS

 

Education Required:  Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field
Preferred Education:  Master's Degree Business or Healthcare related field.

 

Certification Required: None
Preferred Certification: LEAN or Six Sigma

 

Experience Required: Seven years of operations experience in a healthcare environment. 
Preferred Experience:  Five years of operations experience in a healthcare environment with a Master's Degree. Also prefer 4 - 5 years experience in leadership and process improvement.

Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
