Director, Development (Special Events)

EDUCATION 

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Required: Eight years experience in private fund development to include four years in a management role. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Preferred: Experience overseeing event logistics for large (1,000+) peer-to-peer events and producing a business plan to support the logistical and budget elements associated with the various components of events. Also, experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with volunteers, committee members, board members, corporate liaisons and colleagues with prescribed events.

OTHER

Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
