Education
Required: Doctorate (Professional)
Certification
Required: Registered Pharmacist in the State of Texas
Experience
- Completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residency or equivalent experience
- Clinical Pharmacy Practice 5 years
- Clinical Pharmacy Management experience 5 years
- Experience precepting Pharmacy residents
Preferred Experience
- Completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residency in oncology
- Clinical Pharmacy Practice 5 years in oncology
- Clinical Pharmacy Management experience 5+ years
- Experience with ACPE and ASHP residency standards
