Director, Civil Engineering and Exterior Operations

Required: Bachelor's degree in a Facility Engineering field. Eight years of engineering design experience, with emphasis on design of facility mechanical systems and with three years supervisory experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), State of Texas. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.

Preferred: Registered Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.), State of Texas or the ability to acquire by reciprocity within six months of appointment.  A minimum of five years’ experience in the management of a facilities maintenance and construction program at an academic, healthcare, government or industrial facility.

Onsite Presence: Is required in a hybrid model role as determined by the RAF FM Operations AVP
