Education

Required:         Master's in Business Administration or related field

Supervision

Given:              Division finance team

Experience

Required:         Ten (10) years of related administrative experience in a healthcare environment; experience to include budgeting, financial reporting, cost-analysis, data analysis, benchmarking, strategic planning, query development and report design; exceptional analytical and software skills; at least three (3) years of management experience.

Preferred:        Related experience in a surgical setting.

Licensure and Certification

Preferred:        Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) through HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) OR CPA
