EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Computational Biology, or related field.

Preferred: Master's degree or PhD.

EXPERIENCE

Required: Three years of experience in scientific software development/analysis. With Master's degree, one year of experience required. With PhD, no experience required.

Strongly preferred: Prior experience in analyzing high-dimensional molecular profiling data; programing with R and/or Python programing, working in Linux environment.

Preferred: Experience with analyses of scRNA, scATAC and spatial profiling datasets. Experience using Seurat, Signac, etc. packages.
