Contracts Manager - Construction Sourcing & Contracting

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, Business Administration or related field.

Preferred Education:

Master's degree. 

Required Experience:

Five years experience in contracting and/or purchasing to include two years of supervisory/managerial experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.

Preferred Experience:

State agency background, construction sourcing and contacting experience, experience leading multi-million dollar construction strategies, leadership skills, proactive engagement, excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Other Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
