Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Lymphoma

EDUCATION:
Required: Pharm.D degree.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY 1) and Residency in the area of specialization (PGY 2). Experience as a clinical pharmacist in the area of specialization may substitute for the required residency on a one to one basis.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
required: Eligible to receive a license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

Preferred: Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) certification in appropriate specialty area and Pharmacy Preceptor Certificate.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position requires:
- Working in Patient Care Unit (e.g. Nursing unit; outpatient clinic)
- Exposure to human/animal blood, body fluids, or tissues
- Exposure to harmful chemicals
- Exposure to radiation
