EDUCATION
Required: Master's degree from an accredited school of Professional Nursing or a Physician Assistant training program or a Pharm.D. Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Four years of clinical experience to include two years of program or project management experience -OR- Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY1) and Residency in the area of specialization (PGY2).
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Required: Current license and/or certification as defined by the TSBPAE or TSBNE as required for clinical licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant or current licensure to practice pharmacy by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
