REQUIREMENTS
Education
Required: MD, PhD, or MD/PhD
Experience
Required:
- Academic rank of Associate Professor or higher
- 10 years as a research or clinical faculty member in an academic healthcare setting
- 10 years’ experience in a formal leadership role where you have demonstrated excellence in the all the tenets required of a MD Anderson leader in Leading Self and Leading others
- Demonstrated competency in implementing institutional strategy and initiatives
- Successful experience with leading culture changes and institution wide initiatives
