Education
Required: Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field.

Preferred: Doctorate (Professional)

Experience
Required: Four years in related field. With preferred degree (doctorate), two years of required experience.

Preferred: Seven years of professional experience related to directing complex projects experience related to organization development or a related field.

Preferred Certification: Prosci change management certification
