Case Manager Navigator

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing 
Education Preferred: None
Experience Required: Five years professional nursing experience; may reduce to four with one year in oncology or case management; or substitute BSN with ADN plus seven years of nursing/case management/navigation
Experience Preferred: None
Licensure/Certification Required: Current State of Texas Professional Nursing License (RN); American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licensure/Certification Preferred: Certified Case Manager (CCM); Advanced Case Manager (ACM); ACLS/PALS as required by patient care are
