Breast Imaging Coordinator, Monday- Friday 7-3:30/ 8-4:30

As a Breast Imaging Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between patients and their care journey. You’ll coordinate medical and financial clearance for diagnostic imaging patients referred for diagnostic procedures only (DPO), ensuring smooth scheduling and an outstanding patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have three years of healthcare and/or patient navigation experience.
Shift: Monday - Friday
Work Remote 8am to 4:30pm three days a week, Onsite 7:00am to 3:30 two days a week.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate Care: Screen and schedule new patient appointments using medical acceptance criteria for optimal clinic efficiency.
• Navigate Patients: Guide patients through medical and financial clearance processes.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, caregivers, and referring physicians.
• Collaborate: Work closely with healthcare teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless care.

EDUCATION
- Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent or
- Preferred: Associate's Degree Business, healthcare or related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: 3 years Experience in healthcare or patient navigation. or
- Required: 1 year Experience with preferred degree.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
