Education
Required: B.S.Pharm or Pharm.D.,
Preferred: ASHP accredited residency or fellowship, and MS degree in pharmacy or MBA healthcare management or administration.

Preferred: 7 years of management experience in a large
community or teaching hospital with OP retail and specialty pharmacy services
Licensure
Preferred: Registered Pharmacist Licensed in additional states of service, ie. Louisiana, Oklahoma
Supervision Given– Various staff assigned to the pharmacy patient care operations.
This position may be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of critical infrastructure, as defined in Section 113.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code and therefore may require routine reviews and screening.
