Experience
Required:
Seven years of information technology experience to include five years of supervisory/management experience. May substitute required education with additional years of experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis
Preferred Experience:
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex system technologies and applications to diverse audiences, including senior executive management and medical staff.
Strong management skills and experience managing customer relationships, conflict situations and challenges
Strong application lifecycle knowledge in development, implementation, and operational support for large complex Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, Digital Commerce and Business Analytics applications.
Demonstrated track record of success in implementation of large cross organization enterprise systems and data technologies, including use of both cloud and on-premise applications.
Knowledge in implementation of enterprise wide business applications (specifically Oracle PeopleSoft, ERP & HCM Cloud or Workday Financials & HCM)
Participated and lead an Oracle PeopleSoft upgrade or Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud implementation
