Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Experience
Required: No experience required.  Additional years of human resource experience may be substituted for required education on a year for year basis.

Preferred: Two years of experience in large scale compensation program design, development, modeling, implementation and administration.
