In this role, you will work within a nationally recognized department that provides specialized emergency care for patients with complex oncologic conditions. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality clinical care for patients with cancer-related emergencies in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment.
- Participating in clinical, translational, and outcomes-based research initiatives that advance the field of Oncologic Emergency Medicine.
- Teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, fellows, and other healthcare trainees.
- Contributing to quality improvement programs, departmental committees, and institutional service activities.

Qualifications
- M.D. and completion of accredited residency
- Board certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Minimum 2 years Instructor experience or 5 years post‑degree clinical/scientific training
