Assistant Manager, Food Service - Catering at Anderson
EDUCATION:
Required: Associate's degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management, Institutional Management, Foods and Nutrition or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Three years of supervisory experience in food service or related field. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
ServSafe Certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute and the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI) within 30 days of entry into job.
OTHER:
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
