Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Education Preferred: Associate degree in Communications or related field. Bilingual in Spanish.
Experience Required: Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience.
Experience Preferred: Healthcare experience
