Administrative Director, Radiation Oncology Quality Program
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; experience with building and administering quality programs
Experience
Required: Six years in healthcare or related field to include three years in quality improvement, process improvement or safety and two years of management experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
Preferred: At least 7 years of experience in quality programmatic development and management in healthcare settings. Demonstrated leadership role(s) in healthcare.
